I find Fort Knox employees very accommodating. The auto pay feature is a big plus in my opinion since I auto draft all my bills and I like all my bills paid on time. Devon in particular was very helpful with explaining the process and an all around nice person. She had no issues showing me the ins and outs. I fully understand that the draft may fall at different times and I may not have access at that moment but fear not I'll see my items again.
